The interactive Google map above gives us a visual representation of our reach as alumni. This will give you an opportunity to connect with alumni near you. It will also help you promote your business, an organization you belong to, or your web site. What and how much you share is up to you.

Click on any tree to learn about an Idyllwild Arts alumnus.

To add yourself to the map, please use the specific instructions below.

How do I get added?

Step 1: Click on the "View and edit map" link located just below the map above. Once you reach the Google Maps page, click the "Edit" button on the left. (You will only be able to see the edit button if you are logged in with your Google/Gmail account. You have to be a Google/Gmail user to participate. If you don’t have an account, and you don’t wish to sign up using your existing email address, fill out the form on the right, and we’ll add the pin for you.)

Step 2: Zoom in and find your location. Click on the blue "Add Placemark" pin at the top of the map and drag to place the pin.

Step 3: Brand the pin icon by clicking on the blue image at the right of the bubble. Then select "My Icons" and choose the green tree.

Step 4: Edit the place information by adding a title and a description. Use Rich Text and HTML modes to add links, photos and even YouTube videos that show how you make an impact on the community.

Step 5: Save your changes.
