Greetings
from Dennis Haysbert,
As a parent of an Idyllwild Arts Academy
and Summer Program student, I am honored to serve as Chair
of the Idyllwild Arts Fund for the 2007-2008 year. My
goal is to increase participation and promote the culture
of philanthropy within the Idyllwild Arts community.
The Idyllwild Arts Annual Fund provides
essential income that helps bridge the gap between tuition
and the cost of providing an extraordinary arts and academic
education. Tax-deductible donations ensure Idyllwild Arts’
ongoing ability to provide financial aid for deserving
families, salaries to attract the best faculty, program
and facility support, community outreach programs and
free public performances. It fuels the very heart of Idyllwild
Arts; it is more than just a collection of gifts, it is
a catalyst for turning individual generosity into a collective
energy.
As an actor, I value an Idyllwild Arts
education. There is no greater joy than to witness the
triumph of our children as they express true artistic
creativity, achieve success in the classroom and art studio,
and establish valuable relationships that will last a
lifetime.
Please join me in making an
on the lives of our passionate, talented and deserving
students. Make a gift to the Annual Fund today. On behalf
of all our young artists who will one day entertain and
inspire our world, I thank you.

Idyllwild Arts students have
big dreams. They aspire to have a lifetime in
the arts. They desire to make an impact on this
world. Your participation in the Idyllwild Arts
Annual Fund will allow you to make an impact too
- not just in the life of our students but also
in our community and our world. After all, our
students are the next generation of artists who
will entertain us for years to come.
Our alumni share their stories
of the impact an Idyllwild Arts education can
make by turning a child's dreams into reality.
We think they say it best and invite you to read
their Idyllwild Arts' stories of Impact.

With
heartfelt words of appreciation from the students
of Idyllwild Arts and sincere gratitude from the
entire Idyllwild Arts community, we recognize the
2007-2008 donors, volunteers and members of the
Annual Fund Committee who together make the annual
Fund such a success.
This year, the students and graduates are creating
"small works of art" as a token of appreciation
for every donation to the Annual Fund. Watch for
yours in the mail. |

Each year, current
Idyllwild Arts families, grandparents, faculty and staff,
alumni and their families, as well as former parents and
friends show their support by giving to the Idyllwild
Arts Annual Giving Campaign. We are grateful to everyone
for their gifts. This support truly helps make the Idyllwild
experience what it is for our students. As with most independent
schools, we depend on the partnership of our school community
to help make that all-important difference between tuition
income and the actual cost of educating an Idyllwild Arts
student.
Your participation is important. Corporations and foundations
often look to the number of donors in choosing the level
at which they will support Idyllwild Arts. When you give,
your gift helps leverage additional gifts.
There are numerous
ways to make a gift to Idyllwild Arts. All gifts show
your support of the school, its faculty, and students.
