CineStory
The Moving Pictures Department hosted producers and professional screenwriters from the annual CineStory Retreat at a dinner and reception on Sunday night as well as a set of clips of favorite films a panel dealing with New Media. On Monday evening, Moving Pictures students attended a screening of the new motion picture, Hidden Camera with Dean Caine, written by CineStory mentor Michael Salort. Also that night, the film scoring class comprised of students from both the Music and the Moving Pictures Departments under the direction of teacher Ted Masur, presented opening themes inspired by the winning screenplays of the CineStory contest to the actual screenwriters at the music lab in Krone library. On Tuesday evening, the final scores were played to an 80-person audience at the Rustic Theater. Thank you to Pam Pierce for the photos.
