Visual Art Faculty Show
The Visual Art faculty are currently exhibiting their own work in Parks Exhibition Center. Friday saw the opening reception along with readings by faculty members Steve Hudson and Ed Skoog, and a performance by David Reid-Marr and Gerald Clarke. Orchestra Concert
The December Orchestra Concert featured works by resident composer Peter Askim, Gioacchino Rossini, Dmitri Shostakovich, Samuel Barber and Ludwig von Beethoven. Our cello instructor, John Walz, was featured. Thank you to the orchestra for two beautiful performances and to Vance for the photos.

Jazz Concert

A Christmas Carol
On Wednesday evening, a group of students went to a performance of “A Christmas Carol” at South Coast Repertory in Orange County. Theatre department chair, Howard Shangraw, plays Fred. Thanks to Nelms and Howard for the field trip, the Stage Manager at South Coast Rep for the tour of the set and secrets, and to Max and Caitlin for the photos.

Dawn “The Faun” McCarthy of Faun Fables conducted a master class for the Interdisciplinary Arts students this week.
